We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Failure to provide the necessary data under terms of contract when requested, may result in an inability for us to offer our services to you. In the event that we may have to cancel the service you have with us, we will notify you of this at the time. In general terms, only personal data that is necessary for the provision of services will be collected and any additional data collected will be optional and with your consent.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for us. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. Once you leave our website or are re-directed to a third party website or application, you are no longer governed by this privacy policy or our websites Terms of Service.

 

Paper based personal data, in the form of coaching agreements, coaching notes or feedback forms, are stored on password protected computers or uploaded and saved onto password protected memory sticks, or securely locked away. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed.  Other than this, personal data will be shared to third parties only with your consent, unless required to do so by law.  The coaching contract and associated coaching documentation shall be kept for a period of 7years, unless otherwise stated, and then securely deleted or destroyed as appropriate.

Our website may track personal information through the use of cookies to obtain personal information which is solely used for advertising purposes.

 

 

How do we communicate with our site visitors?
